How to become a better soccer player: 6 easy drills to do outside at home.

 1.       Pass the ball to yourself on a wall. Concentrate on a good pass and trap

            a.       50 times each foot

2.       Tip Tap:
a.       Juggle the ball from the right foot to the left foot a 100 times. Only one touch per foot
3.       Throw and trap:
a.       Throw the ball in the air with your hands.
b.      Trap the ball with chest, thighs, and feet etc.
c.       20 each leg
4.       Push and Pull:
a.       Standing still
b.      Push the ball forward with the sole of your foot
c.       Pull the ball back with your toes
d.      Add movement (two steps forward, two steps backwards)
e.      50 times each foot
5.       Roll inside outside
a.       Standing still
b.      Roll the ball with the inside of your foot
c.       Roll out with the outside of your foot
d.      Add movement (roll three steps to the right, then three steps to the left)
6.       L turn:
a.       Roll the ball back with toes and turn 90 degrees with the inside of your foot
b.      50 times each foot
